🇫🇷 Capitole du Libre
📅 November 15–16, 2025
📍 Toulouse, France
🔗 Event link
We’re glad to return to Capitole du Libre, one of the biggest French-speaking events dedicated to free and open-source software. The gathering is entirely community-led and brings together developers, students, and contributors who want to share and learn from each other.
This year, our team will cover a wide range of topics: CryptPad and its role in privacy-first collaboration, how to migrate from proprietary knowledge tools to XWiki, and insights into our latest projects like Cristal and WAISE.
For us, Capitole du Libre is more than a place to present technology. It’s a chance to meet new generations of open-source enthusiasts, to share what we’ve learned, and to keep the spirit of free software alive. We’ll show how XWiki works as a flexible knowledge base for teams and institutions, and how CryptPad makes it possible to collaborate without losing control of your data.
If you are in Toulouse, join our sessions or come and talk with us. We’d be happy to exchange ideas and share our experience building open-source software.

🇫🇷 Open Source Experience (OSXP)
📅 December 10–11, 2025
📍 Palais des Congrès, Paris
🔗 Event link
We will close the year at Open Source Experience, a key event for the European open-source community. This edition is special for us, as our CEO, Ludovic Dubost, is President of the 2025 Program Committee, helping shape a program focused on digital autonomy and innovation.
Our team will also be giving several talks and a workshop. We’ll share what we learned from migrating the European Parliament to XWiki, present Cristal as a new modular interface for wikis, and talk about how CryptPad supports secure collaboration. Together, these sessions will highlight the range of projects we are working on and the challenges we are addressing in building open source.
Alongside the talks, you’ll find us at a joint stand with OpenProject, where we’ll showcase our efforts to provide a complete European alternative to the Atlassian suite. If you’re in Paris, come by our sessions or stop at the stand to connect with our team.

Let’s connect this autumn
From Berlin to Paris, we’ll be joining conversations on cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, and open collaboration. If you’re attending any of these events, come meet us. We’d be glad to share our experience and hear your perspective.
